The ECS operates a Valuation Surveying Division that provides professional valuation consultancy services. The services are provided direct both to external clients, and to the other Divisions within the Group. All personnel within the division are professionally qualified and the division operates throughout the INDIA.

The ECS Valuation Division undertakes the full range of valuation services. These services include the following:

• Bank lending valuations;
• International accountancy standard determination
• International valuation standards committee
• Expert witness/arbitration.

• Sensitivity analysis.
